Information About Tours
• What warm clothes do you recommend to take?
Everyday use set: T-shirt or shirt, cap, sweater or
pullover, windcheater, underwear, bathing suit, trousers
(preferably cotton or woolen), trousers of synthetic
material (to protect you from mud and thorns), cotton
socks, snickers or tourist boots. Emergency set (clothes
to sleep in): thick sweater, shirt or T-shirt, spare set
of underwear, thick trousers, and cotton or woolen
socks.
Do not forget: washing accessories, personal medical
kit, knife, cameras and additional batteries,
insects repellents.
• What is the situation with ticks? Is a vaccination
necessary?
If you take a tour in May-June, there is a possibility
that a tick will bite you. In July-September a risk to
be bitten is less but still remains. That is why,
vaccination is desirable. Consult with your doctor
about it. Clothes covering hands, feet and neck are
also of great help when you set out to the trip in the
woods. You should also remember to examine yourself
everyday.
• Is transport support en route available?
No, all our tours pass through
uninhabited areas in a condition of absolute autonomy.
