This area is on the boundary of the Northern and
Pre-Polar Urals near Ottorten Mountain (1234 meters /
4048 ft). This extremely nook, beautiful and picturesque
area is totally uninhabited and can be accessed only by
helicopter. People visited this place call it "Alpine
Switzerland" because it's really very beautiful.
At the bottom of Ottorten Mountain pure mountain lake
lies which is excellent for swimming in warm weather.
You can see Ottorten Ridge which is considered to be one
of the most beautiful mountain ridges in the Urals. Also
this place is famous of its snowfield at the bottom of
Ottorten Mountain. Travelers even have an opportunity to
ski in summer here.
Excellent fishing for grayling is possible on river
Lozva which is in 1.5 hours on foot from the mountain.
